Volunteering with BUR is an opportunity to recharge while empowering your country in hard times

You can always support our team in hryvnia. This will help us implement even more cool projects

To implement projects of this scale, we always need lots of material resources. Any help is a contribution to building Ukraine
First, you need to register using the form on the right. After that, we will contact you to inform you of the available opportunities
Here, you will find out where the camp will be held. We will also put you in touch with the other participants, explain what you need to take with you, and detail what we will provide
You enjoy mutual work and evening reflections, hang out with the active youth, get inspired and grow through cultural and educational program. You will be making your contribution to the future of Ukraine
All volunteers undergo a training on construction safety and get all necessary protective equipment to avoid any injuries
Each BUR camp is accompanied by our experienced volunteers - cam-leaders. They help volunteers to solve any issues, as well as to fulfill themselves as much as possible within the camp. Our craftsmen are always ready to help, provide advice and teach volunteers new useful skills and abilities in the construction field.

For me, BUR is all about community. It so happened that I had been studying online for a long time since the onset of COVID-19. Then I got accepted to a university in Kyiv and lost touch with my old circle of friends in Poltava. I missed communication and community. It was in Kyiv, from my fellow students at UAL, that I learned about BUR. I remember a friend telling me: "If you haven't been to BUR, you haven't seen life." My first acquaintance with BUR took place at BURchyk, where I met wonderful people who were active and caring. They "dragged" me further into the camp. In February, the war broke out, and I started to volunteer more actively. And when I had vacation time at work, I went to Drogobych to the camp.

The coolest role to have at the camp is being a camp leader. I wouldn't want to be anyone else. They have so much space to implement their ideas, and I really love that kind of thing.
